Procurement shouldn't be the thing that slows Vision 2030.
Saudi Arabia is in the middle of the most ambitious economic transformation in a generation. NEOM, The Red Sea, AMAALA, Qiddiya, Diriyah Gate, Riyadh Metro. A trillion riyals of megaprojects being built in parallel, by contractors and subcontractors whose procurement teams are still chasing twenty suppliers by hand on every requirement.
Procurement is the critical path. When the lights, the HVAC, the structural steel, or the navigation aids don't arrive on schedule, everything downstream slips. And when the buyer doesn't know fair Kingdom price, they overpay, so the developer eats margin, the contractor eats margin, and somewhere a local-content quota gets quietly missed.
What we built
ProCul is an agentic procurement platform. You submit a requirement in plain English or Arabic. Our AI agents, trained on Saudi supplier data, GASTAT's Construction Cost Index, Etimad awarded-tender history, and the living Kingdom-wide marketplace, draft personalized outreach to verified suppliers, chase the silent ones, parse their replies into structured quotes, and hand you a finance-ready PDF comparison in seventy-two hours.
No marketplace. No catalog. No forced onboarding of suppliers onto a walled garden. Just the agentic loop that a senior procurement manager would run, automated end-to-end.
Why from the Kingdom
Global procurement tools, Moglix, Xometry, Fairmarkit, Keelvar, are built for Fortune 500 procurement teams in the US and Europe. They don't know that SASO certifications matter here, that ZATCA e-invoicing is mandatory, that Sharia-compliant BNPL unlocks buyer cashflow, or that Pricena and Haraj are better price signals than Amazon.com for a Riyadh buyer.
BRKZ solved the building-materials marketplace problem beautifully, but procurement is broader than materials. Our wedge is agentic automation across any long-tail RFQ: aerospace, industrial services, specialty chemicals, facility management, in a Saudi-native workflow.
Where we're going
- 2026 Q2. Arabic-first RTL UX, Etimad tender integration, SDAIA accelerator launch.
- 2026 Q3. Embedded Sharia-compliant BNPL via Tabby + Tamara APIs, ZATCA Phase-2 e-invoice export.
- 2026 Q4. Supplier-branded storefronts (Knowde-style), prequalification scoring with NEOM / PIF alignment.
- 2027+. Expand to GCC (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain), same playbook, localized price sources, MENA-first agentic procurement.
