Returns & Refunds Policy

ProCul is a software subscription, not a physical product. This page covers cancellations, pro-rata refunds, and what happens if the Service is materially degraded.
1. Free Starter tier
The Starter plan is free and has no financial commitment. You can close your account from your profile at any time; no refund is applicable.
2. Pro monthly plan
- 14-day first-pay refund: within 14 days of your first Pro payment, request a full refund by emailing billing@procul.app. We will refund the charge in full and revert your account to the Starter tier.
- Cancellation: cancel at any time from your profile. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a paid month.
3. Pro annual plan
- 14-day first-pay refund: same as monthly — full refund within 14 days of the first annual payment.
- Mid-cycle cancellation: after 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable. You retain Pro features through the end of the paid year.
4. Enterprise plans
Enterprise plans are custom-quoted and governed by the signed Order Form between you and ProCul. Refund and cancellation terms are written into that document.
5. Service credits for downtime
If ProCul's Service is unavailable (core RFQ submit, drafting, or email send) for more than four cumulative hours in a calendar month, Pro customers are entitled to a 10% service credit on the following month's invoice. Credits are non-transferable, non-cashable, and expire after twelve months. Planned maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance does not count toward downtime.
6. VAT & taxes
Refunds are processed at the same VAT rate charged on the original invoice. Where a refund triggers a revised tax document, we will issue a credit note within 14 days.
7. How to request a refund
Email billing@procul.app from the account holder's address with your account email and reason. Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method.
8. Disputes
If a refund is denied and you disagree with the decision, email legal@procul.app. Unresolved disputes may be escalated per the Governing Law clause in our Terms of Service.
