Is there really a free tier forever?
Yes. 3 RFQs per calendar month, no card required. We only charge when you need more volume or team features. This is our pilot-friendly plan and we intend to keep it.
Do I pay in SAR or USD?
All pricing and billing is in Saudi Riyal. VAT is added at the statutory rate where applicable. We're built for the Kingdom.
What counts as an 'RFQ'?
One RFQ = one requirement submitted. Follow-ups, reply parsing, and supplier chasing inside the same RFQ do not count against your monthly quota.
Can I cancel any time?
Monthly plans cancel any time with no lock-in. Annual plans get a 15% discount and run for 12 months.
Do you work with government buyers?
We're integrating with the Etimad portal. Gov buyers today use ProCul for private-sector or sub-tender outreach; full Etimad support is on the Enterprise roadmap.
Is my data safe?
Your RFQ data is stored in Supabase's EU region (we're evaluating KSA-region providers for 2026). We never share your requirements with suppliers outside the specific outreach you authorize.
